You Did It All Right. So, Why Do You Feel Off?

On the outside, it looks like you’re crushing it. Everyone thinks you're the “strong one” and can handle it all.

Inside? You’re exhausted from holding it all together while quietly crumbling. You’re not broken. The truth is, you’re just ready for something more… something truly you.

The Truth About Why High-Achieving Women Struggle to Find the Right Therapy?

Here’s what most therapists miss: your version of struggling looks like success on the surface.

You’re not crying in the office every day (though maybe some days you are). You still show up, get things done, and keep smiling. But behind the scenes, you’re exhausted, overwhelmed, overstimulated, and running on fumes.

The Problem?
Traditional therapy feels like it’s for rock bottom. Not for ambitious women holding it together, climbing the ladder (while secretly drowning).

The Solution?
Bespoke, curated services built for high-achievers who refuse to shrink or abandon themselves. Women ready to invest in their growth and create lives that feel as good as they look.

Therapy For Ambitious Women Who Feel Stuck

  • Therapy for women is a specialized approach that takes into account the unique psychological, biological, and social changes women face daily.

It’s focused on issues like societal pressures, reproductive health, trauma, career stress, and relationship dynamics. And aims to support women by empowering them, helping them heal through tailored techniques like CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care.

It differs from traditional therapy because it acknowledges how the gender and cultural biases around expectations impact mental health and help women navigate roles as professionals, partners, mothers, and individuals to build resilience and self-worth.

  • It helps you to heal past traumas or stressors, explore limiting beliefs, improve communication, intimacy, and set healthy boundaries with compassion and self-love. It helps you to show up authentically and boldly, have unshakable worth.

So you can show up as your best self, stop settling for less than, have fulfilling and healthy relationships, and make decisions with ease and confidence.

  • Women who want momentum, clarity, and results.

Women who are ready to invest in their growth without sacrificing themselves.

How I Work: Evidence-Based + Intuitive Strategies, Curated Just for You

You’re not here for cookie-cutter advice, nor should you be.

I blend proven, research-backed therapy methods with a bespoke, intuitive approach that comes from truly connecting with you.

Every session is personalized, so you leave not just feeling better, but equipped with real-world tools you can actually use right away.

  • CBT helps you identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns that keep you stuck in anxiety, self-doubt, or perfectionism. It helps identify beliefs that limit you. Together, we’ll replace them with healthier, truer ways of thinking — so you can feel more grounded, confident, and at peace.

  • DBT combines practical skills with emotional awareness to help you manage intense feelings, improve relationships, and balance acceptance with change. You’ll learn strategies every human needs (although I know you're not just anyone), including these 4 modules: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotional Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness (but really can’t we all use those?) that you can use daily.

  • TF-CBT blends CBT principles with trauma-specific techniques to help you process painful experiences safely and effectively. It’s structured, gentle, and paced to meet you where you are.

  • Somatic therapy focuses on the mind–body connection, helping you release tension, stress, and stored emotion through movement, breathwork, and body awareness. It can be especially powerful when talk therapy alone hasn’t been enough.

  • Mindfulness isn’t only meditation — it’s also the simple practice of being present. In therapy, it means noticing your thoughts and feelings without judgment, calming the nervous system, and creating space to choose responses that feel aligned instead of reacting from overwhelm.

For the Overachievers Who’ve Achieved It All And Still Don’t Feel the Way You Thought You Would

You don’t need advice to “just relax,” “do less,” or “lower your expectations.” Your version of relaxed is still most people’s high-gear productivity. And that’s not the problem.

The real problem? No one taught you how to be ambitious AND at peace.

That’s exactly what I do here at EleVolve.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Some clients benefit from a blend of services — like starting with therapy for anxiety, then transitioning to couples or family work, or combining somatic work with therapy.

During your free consultation, we’ll design a personalized approach that fits your needs and goals, so your support evolves with you.

  • We are an out-of-network provider. This means we don’t bill your insurance directly, but many clients use their out-of-network benefits to receive partial or full reimbursement for therapy sessions.

If you’d like to explore this option, we’ll provide you with a superbill — a specialized receipt you submit to your insurance company. It includes all the details they typically need to process your claim.

  • You can call the number on the back of your insurance card. And ask them:

    1. Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?

    2. Is there a deductible I must meet before coverage begins?

    3. What percentage of the session fee will be reimbursed?

    4. How do I submit superbills for reimbursement?

  • We use Thrizer, a HIPAA secure platform to simplify the out-of-network reimbursement process. Thrizer verifies your benefits, manages your superbills, and sends direct deposits once your reimbursement is processed — eliminating the insurance paperwork headache. You can create your account at www.thrizer.com.

  • Some clients choose self-pay instead of using insurance. This provides maximum privacy — insurance companies can’t access your notes, diagnoses, or treatment plan — and can be helpful for clients whose plans don’t offer out-of-network coverage.

  • Then I'll help you find someone who is. The relationship and your comfort is everything, and I'd rather refer you to the right person than be the wrong fit.

  • Therapy focuses on healing, processing the past, and treating mental health concerns — and must be provided by a licensed clinician. While therapy may incorporate coaching-style strategies for growth and action, coaching cannot incorporate therapy.

Coaching is future-focused, designed to spark growth, clarity, and mindset shifts so you can take aligned action and elevate your life — but it’s not a substitute for therapy.

Not sure which is right for you? Book a free 15-minute consult, and we’ll figure it out together.

  • Fit is really important. That’s why we offer a free 20-minute consultation to ensure we’re the right fit. If not, we’ll gladly refer you to someone who might be.

Possible red flags that a therapist may not be right for you:

    • You feel judged or misunderstood.

    • You don’t feel emotionally safe opening up.

    • They dismiss or minimize your concerns.

    • They dominate the conversation without giving you space.

    • There’s no clear plan or sense of collaboration.

  • It depends on your goals, your needs, and what you’re working through.

Some clients see meaningful shifts in a few months; others choose to continue for a year or more to deepen their growth.

We’ll check in regularly to make sure our work together is moving you toward the outcomes you want — at a pace that feels sustainable.

  • The honest answer? No. And no ethical provider should promise that.

While therapy can be deeply healing and life-changing, the progress depends on many factors: your commitment, consistency, openness to the process, and any unexpected life events (such as a loss or major transition).

What we can guarantee is that we’ll bring our full expertise, attention, and care to every session.

  • I also work with clients who don’t identify as women.

While my work is tailored to women because they often face unique challenges, many of the issues around anxiety, burnout, and self-worth are universal.

If you feel drawn to my approach (or someone you know recommended you to me) we can schedule a free 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit.

  • I work with ambitious, high-achieving women who appear polished and put-together — yet feel anxious, burned out, and disconnected inside.

I understand the specific pressures that come with “having it all,” and I blend evidence-based therapy with intuitive, real-world strategies so you can keep your ambition and reclaim your peace.

My approach is warm, direct, and completely tailored to you — no one-size-fits-all here, no generic advice, and no judgment.

  • Step 1: Book a free 20-minute consultation.

Step 2: If we’re a fit, we’ll schedule your initial 75-minute intake session.

Step 3: We’ll identify 1–3 transformational goals, recommend an aligned plan, and begin your journey.

Step 4: We’ll meet regularly, adjusting our approach as you grow, until you feel confident continuing on your own with the clarity, skills, and peace you’ve built.

  • I value your care and the care of every client I work with. Your session time is reserved just for you, and missed appointments mean another client in need may have to wait longer for support.

If you need to cancel, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice so I can offer that time to someone else. For Monday appointments, cancellations must be made by 12:00 PM on the Friday before.

Appointments canceled with less than the required notice are subject to a $125 fee.

No-shows are charged the full session rate.

  • Yes. Research shows virtual therapy is just as effective as in-person care for most people. With secure video sessions, you get the same evidence-based support and flexibility from anywhere.

Ultimately, it’s about preference and fit — some love the convenience of online, others prefer the feel of in-person.

The Most Important Thing I Want You To Know

You don’t have to wait until you’re exhausted, overwhelmed, or falling apart to get support.

Therapy isn’t for “broken” or “crazy” people.

YOU don’t need fixing. You deserve healing, self-care, and space to nurture your own needs.

Everyone can benefit from being held, cared for, and to grow with support.

The truth? You deserve clarity, calm, and confidence now… not someday.

Your well-being is the one luxury you can’t afford to lose.
