Our Use of Artificial Intelligence
EleVolve PLLC uses artificial intelligence tools on a limited basis in the operation of its practice. This section describes those uses.
Business and Marketing Operations. We may use AI-assisted tools to draft marketing content, prepare client-facing educational materials, and analyze aggregate business metrics and market conditions, including research that informs our fee structure.
Clinical Documentation. We use an AI-assisted documentation feature within our electronic health record to support the preparation of clinical notes and treatment plans. That feature operates entirely within our secure, HIPAA-compliant electronic health record system, is subject to a separate written consent obtained from clients, and is governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices rather than this Privacy Policy. All clinical documentation is reviewed, revised as needed, and approved by a licensed clinician. Clinical information is not used to train artificial intelligence models.
Clinical Judgment. Artificial intelligence does not independently diagnose, determine a course of treatment, or select clinical interventions. A licensed clinician remains solely responsible for all clinical decisions.

We do not use artificial intelligence or automated processing to make decisions about you individually that produce legal or similarly significant effects, including decisions regarding your eligibility for services or the fees charged to you. Any such analysis is conducted at a general business level and does not rely on your Personal Information.
