Imposter Syndrome Therapy for High-Achieving Women
EleVolve helps high achievers who did it all right, but still feel like they’ll be found out any minute, finally believe they belong in the room.
Imposter Syndrome, When Success Doesn’t Feel Earned
So many high-achieving women live with imposter syndrome. And if you’ve never felt like an imposter, you may have stayed too long in the places that stopped challenging you. When you’re always striving for the next thing, always growing, imposter syndrome tends to show up in the seat right next to you.
So even when you achieved the results, the reviews, and promotions, it still feels off. Because underneath them is a nagging feeling that someday someone finally realizes you aren’t as good as they thought.
You're probably the woman who:Appears confident and capable, while a part of you waits to be “found out”
Assumes it was luck, timing, or that someone was fooled
Over-prepares for everything, because being caught unprepared feels threatening
Hits the goal, feels the relief fade by morning, and moves the bar again
Doubts your own expertise, even when the evidence says otherwise
Sound familiar?
This is what happens when your worth gets tied to your achievements. Keeping it all from crashing down becomes a full-time job.

“Elevolve is a welcoming space where women can come to heal and find themselves again. Dayna is super experienced and truly has a gift for exceptional care for her clients. Highly recommend!”
Most advice tells you to feel more confident. Take a power stance. Review your accomplishments. Repeat the affirmation. And you’ve tried.
You’ve got the list of wins, and feeling worthy still hasn’t caught up. That’s because competence was never what was lacking. Your drive isn’t the problem either. Worth isn’t earned through achievement, no matter how much you accomplish.
The EleVolve℠ Difference: Therapy That Helps You Believe You Belong in Any Room, and Own It
For High-Achieving Women, From Someone Who Truly Sees You
Here, you’ll never be asked to shrink, to fix your confidence, or to want less. EleVolve was built for the woman who looks like she has it all together and secretly wonders when the other shoe will drop. We help you identify what’s coming up for you now, how it’s impacting the way you show up, and what’s holding you back. Then we trace the fear back to its root, the belief that your worth is something you have to earn. Then we challenge that belief and help you build a new one, truer and more helpful. We blend evidence-based methods, CBT, DBT, and somatic work, with intuitive insight, so the change reaches your nervous system, not only the affirmation Post-its on your monitor. You’ll learn to own your wins without flinching, to make decisions from alignment instead of fear, and to feel, in your body, that you’re already enough. Because you were never meant to achieve your way to worthiness. You were meant to build from it.
Evidence-Based + Intuitive
This isn’t surface-level reassurance. We work with your mind, body, and nervous system, blending proven methods with intuitive insight, so the shift is real and it lasts.
Rooted in Worth, Not Output
You’ll gain tools for the moments that matter. So you finally believe that amazing review is about you. So you name your rate without apologizing. So you say no and trust you’re still enough. Worth you can feel, and not only recite.

About Dayna
LICENSED THERAPIST, EleVolve℠ FOUNDER, AND Imposter Syndrome Therapist, Anxiety SPECIALISTI am a licensed therapist and the founder of EleVolve. With over 17 years of experience specializing in therapy for high-achieving women, I help ambitious women untangle their worth from their output.
I built EleVolve because I kept meeting the same woman. Brilliant, capable, endlessly responsible, and privately convinced she had everyone fooled. This practice exists to help her set that fear down for good.
Building EleVolve taught me what it takes to thrive in high-pressure rooms. This is not only my profession. It is my purpose.
And I believe you can keep your drive and create a life that truly feels like yours.

Questions Ambitious Women Ask Before Investing in Themselves, and Imposter Syndrome Therapy
-
It looks like a real conversation with a clinician who understands high-achieving women. We see the why and the you under the feeling of being an imposter. Together we trace where the fear of being found out began, name the patterns keeping it alive, and rebuild your sense of worth from the inside. We blend evidence-based methods with somatic and intuitive work, so the change reaches how you feel, and not only how you think.
-
Imposter syndrome is not a formal clinical diagnosis. But it is one of the most common patterns we see in ambitious women. It often shows up with anxiety, perfectionism, and burnout. You do not need a label to deserve support for it. In fact, at EleVolve, we don’t believe in labels (except “I am awesome”). But sometimes a label can help you conceptualize a plan forward.
-
Because they were often praised for what they did or accomplished, and learned early that worth had to be earned. The more you achieve, the higher the standard climbs, and the more there is to protect. It is not a flaw in you. It is a pattern you can unlearn.
-
Because the feeling was never about competence. Evidence lives in your mind, and the fear lives in your nervous system and your sense of worth. That is why the resume never fixes it. The work is reconnecting to a worth that does not depend on the next win.
-
Confidence advice treats the symptom. We work at the root. You can be highly capable and still feel like a fraud, because the two are separate. We help you build worth you can feel in your body, so confidence becomes a byproduct instead of another thing to perform.
-
Every woman is different. Many begin to feel relief within the first several sessions, as the patterns become clear and less personal. Deeper change, the kind where you own your wins without flinching, builds over time and with intentional practice.
-
We blend CBT, DBT, and TF-CBT with mindfulness, somatic tools, and intuitive insight. The mix is tailored to you, because a woman untangling worth from output needs more than worksheets.
-
Yes. Work is often where the fear is loudest, in your reviews, promotions, pay conversations, and rooms where you wonder if you belong. We give you tools for those exact moments, and we address the root, so the fear stops running the show.
-
No. Your ambition is welcome here. In fact, we encourage it. We help you keep the fire and change its fuel, so you are building from alignment instead of fear. Most women find they achieve more freely once the achieving is no longer about proving.
-
Both. We meet clients in person at our Stamford, CT office, by appointment in Greenwich, Westport, New Canaan, Fairfield, and virtually across NY, NJ, CT, MA, and FL.
-
A life that looks good and feels unfulfilling is one of the most common reasons women come to us. You do not have to wait for things to fall apart to deserve support. Feeling at home in your own success is reason enough.
