WHO WE SERVE
EleVolve serves high-achieving women navigating anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, stress, people-pleasing, and life transitions.
These are women who appear to have it all together but inside feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer fit. They are in their 20s, 30s, and beyond, ambitious, capable, and checked all the boxes but don’t feel as good as they thought they would.
They are invested in their care, and they show up for it.
Our office is on High Ridge Road in Stamford, just south of the Merritt, with free parking right outside. We see clients in person and by Telehealth across Connecticut.
WHAT WE DO
Our clinicians bring extensive experience and training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, TF-CBT, and somatic approaches. We blend evidence-based methods with genuine intuitive insight, because high-achieving women do not need a generic protocol. They need a clinician who actually gets their world.
EleVolve is exclusively private pay. There are no insurance panels, no claims, no authorizations, no utilization reviews, and no clawbacks. So your clinical judgment guides the work, not a payer. And you can provide the quality care you got into this field for instead of worrying about the numbers.
You became a therapist to do meaningful work. But in the world of insurance and healthcare shifts, the environment and culture all prioritize quantity over quality. Making the work you love harder than it should be.
If you’re tired of working well past your last client, drowning in documentation, and holding a caseload built around volume instead of quality care, you’re in the right place.
If your favorite client is the ambitious woman who looks like she has it together and is struggling underneath, then you already love our clients too.
We are looking for a therapist who is warm, polished, professional, and emotionally attuned, and who is growth-minded, collaborative, dependable, and aligned with a high-integrity standard of care.
