Since childhood, I’ve been drawn to helping others — listening, guiding, holding space. Becoming a therapist and coach wasn’t necessarily what I set out to do, but it was no surprise, I suppose. At the end of the day, I did what I encourage my clients to do: follow your passion and you will find your purpose.
Through years of clinical training and working in hospitals, outpatient centers, and private practice, I kept seeing the same truth: ambitious women didn’t need to be “fixed.” They needed to be reminded of their worth.
